Jan has extensive international experience as an organisational effectiveness consultant & specializes in strategic planning, organisational architecture & design, change management, performance enhancement & the identification and development of leadership. He has worked across Australia, South & Southern Africa, UK and the UAE. His clients include BHP Billiton, HWE, Lafarge, ConocoPhillips, Clough, Deloitte, Ash Resources, Renault, AIDC, Itex, Implats, Barrick Gold & Portman. Work for these clients focused on the design & execution of a range of strategic planning & organisational design interventions, coaching & team building. He is currently undertaking a review of the organisational structure & capabilities for a variety of organisations in Australia & Southern Africa.

MANAGING DIRECTOR Heidi van Schalkwyk (MA Industrial Psychology)

As a registered Industrial Psychologist, Heidi has extensive experience in teambuilding, training & development, general HR processes & practices, psychometrics, coaching & graduate development. She has also worked on various change management & employee performance projects. Previous ventures included clients such as BMW Lyndhurst, Renault, Monitoring SA, SAICA, Rand Merchant Bank, TAG & Agro Centre.

Currently Heidi is the Managing Director of Kaya Consulting in South Africa. Her clients include Lafarge Industries, Ash Resources, Implats, Iliad Africa, Deloitte & AIDC.
