It is absolutely critical that the business case and supporting philosophies are maintained throughout the process. Any compromise of these principles through lack of awareness or understanding of the underlying thinking will reduce the integrity of the work, and the result may be unsustainable.

Leadership

One of the central tenets of effective project management is effective leadership. This applies to both Kaya Consulting and the client. To this end, Kaya Consulting identifies experienced team members to serve as Project Leads responsible for managing and leading the overall project, including client relations and ensuring alignment across parallel work streams and groups.

Key stakeholder involvement

Access to key stakeholders which includes ongoing, regular site access is essential. By engaging with end users throughout the project lifespan the process enjoys support engendered through consultation and sustainability through the transfer of competence.

Leveraging existing related materials

Access to relevant resources expedites those phases of the project related to research, analysis and benchmarking. We also recognize the importance of context and synergy and endeavor to ensure that all project outcomes are compatible with other existing systems, processes and practices.
